A broken MacBook screen is stressful enough on its own. But when there is also a charging issue in the background, the repair becomes even more urgent, especially if the device is used every day for work, study or business.
This case study is based on a real repair carried out by Geeks Callout London for a customer in East London. The customer contacted us after the screen on their MacBook Pro A2337 was damaged and needed replacing. During our inspection, we also found a problem with the USB-C charging port, which the customer had been experiencing for some time.
